I had not been to a dentist for twenty years due to unfriendly and extremely unpleasant experiences in the past. Finally because of pain and discomfort my partner and friends convinced me I needed to seek dental advice.
It was with in trepidation and a feeling of inner horror (so much so I nearly cancelled) that I arrived for my consultation.
I was treated with both respect and consideration and you and all your staff were so sympathetic to my phobia.
My treatment date was set I had opted for IV sedation.
When that day arrived I was once again filled with a feeling of terror, my friend Kelly (one of your patients) had arranged to accompany me to ensure that I did not run away.
